2. Scope

This statement applies to all aspects of our operations and affects all individuals who interact with ERETAI, including:

2.1 Digital & Online Services

All ERETAI digital products, websites, mobile applications, platforms, and online communication systems are designed and maintained to be accessible.

2.2 Physical Environments

ERETAI currently operates no physical offices. When we host in-person events, we plan them with accessibility in mind and select venues that meet applicable accessibility standards.

All written, audio, visual, and electronic communications from ERETAI (including documents, videos, presentations, and announcements) are provided in accessible formats.

2.4 Employment Practices

Recruitment, hiring, compensation, benefits, training, advancement, and all terms and conditions of employment operate without discrimination.

2.5 Covered Individuals

This policy applies to users, clients, employees, job applicants, contractors, vendors, and all other individuals who interact with ERETAI.

3. Digital Accessibility

3.1 Accessibility Standards

We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across our digital platforms. Because our platforms run on third-party software, full conformance depends in part on our providers; we raise accessibility gaps with them and track remediation. Our commitments:

  • Level AA Target: We design and maintain our content to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we remediate barriers when they are identified.
  • Section 508 Alignment: We align with Section 508 standards where applicable to our engagements.
  • Barrier Elimination: We actively work to identify and eliminate accessibility barriers in all digital environments.
  • Continuous Testing: Accessibility is regularly reviewed, tested, and improved to ensure genuine usability for all.

3.2 Accessibility Feedback & Support

We welcome feedback from you regarding accessibility. If you encounter any barriers or accessibility issues with any ERETAI digital product or platform, please report them to support@eretai.com.

All accessibility feedback will be acknowledged within five (5) business days, and we will work to address reported issues promptly. Requests for accommodations or accessible formats for ERETAI materials should also be directed to this email address.
